The Region Account Manager is responsible for supporting and managing all client needs after contract closure. This includes but is not limited to; customer needs analysis, program development, implementation process and project management of telehealth network expansion. The Regional Account Manager will work with a local team to achieve revenue expectation and to identify and develop clinical and administrative champions of the technology to drive the program and increase utilization of the telehealth end-points.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines need and provides necessary initial on-site customer training including physician and support staff.
Assesses customer confidence and competence while actively advancing accounts toward achieving independence and full utilization of ITH technology.
Demonstrates a high level of skill and effectiveness in customer training activities.
Develops and maintains collaborative and value-added relationships with customers and ITH colleagues.
Communicate regularly and effectively with other ITH colleagues including Sales and Product Specialist teams.
Manage all relevant customer information and distribute as needed.
Demonstrate a high degree of personal organization and effective management and utilization of marketing material and training tools.
Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of technical understanding of ITH products and related wireless tools and technologies.
Demonstrates strong team commitment and positive attitude among colleagues.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY
Prior experience with implementing or managing complex projects from concept through to completion
Prior experience with healthcare industry and familiarity with working within the hospital environment
Strategic thinking skills

Highly organized and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Able to work independently

The ideal candidate for this position will possess pre or post sale account management experience in medical device, capital equipment or healthcare sales.
Clinical experience and some technical experience supporting sales of high tech or wireless equipment is preferred.
Must be able to meet standard requirements by various vendor clearance agencies used by customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree, RN or equivalent business experience required
NOTES
Working environment is in a home office setting. Extensive travel is required Must be able to push/move/transport robots, weighing over 200 lbs with wheeled assistance Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
