We are currently seeking a Sales Professional to join our team. If you have 3+ years sales experience building a book of new business and are committed to making 50-60 targeted cold calls per day while focusing upon quality conversations, you will thrive in our environment. We sell recruitment advertising solutions to mid-sized companies that find using our career network an enabler to sourcing quality candidates for their open job positions.
This is a highly independent role requiring both strategic territory planning skills as well as the ability to tactically execute on that plan every day. The position includes a good base salary, along with a strong commission plan with unlimited earnings potential. A successful team player will function as follows:
Identify and generate leads and loyal customer relationships via telephone with moderate to no revenue history to assigned territory. Rep is responsible for building territory through heavy cold calling
Able to function in a high transactional sales volume environment with heavy independently driven lead generation
Demonstrate persistence, tenacity, ability to overcome obstacles, and strive to improve skills and achieve goals
Attain a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue goal and new account acquisition goal by initiating outbound calls to prospective customers and new accounts
Deliver value proposition, handle objections, & record statistics on each outbound call
Present key selling points/features and benefits while focusing on customer needs and expectations
Consistently move the customer or prospect towards commitment, and closes sales that exceed customer expectations
Ensure a superior customer experience with Beyond.com by addressing customer concerns and demonstrating empathy
Able to uncover needs, offer appropriate solutions, negotiate price and close accounts on the phone
Maintains a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis
Manage and maintain a detailed pipeline to achieve assigned monthly/quarterly quota
Engage field sales resources as appropriate to maximize customer relationship and growth
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
Requirements:
At least 3+ years of sales experience with a proven solid track record in heavy prospecting and lead -generation. Experience should be in a transactional call environment, staffing/recruitment firm, or recruitment agency
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience required
Familiar and comfortable with working in an incentive/goal driven environment
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel/Word/PowerPoint specifically)
A working knowledge of SalesForce.com is a plus

Can demonstrate proven and creative lead generation and solutions architecture methods
