Regional Account Manager TabbedOut

Reporting to the Director of Partnership Development, the Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for overall account management including merchant certification for merchant locations and generating revenue from additional TabbedOut platforms and features. The RAM will work closely with support and marketing teams to ensure that new merchant locations are ready to start accepting TabbedOut consumers and use the Periscope marketing tool.

Responsibility for and ownership of the merchant lifecycle for all active merchants in your portfolio to ensure happy merchants and happy customers.
Facilitate the training of the merchant owner/GM and their staff on the use of TabbedOut and Periscope. The training will likely include in-venue staff trainings and might include over the phone additional training.
Responsibility for driving revenue through TabbedOut?s Periscope marketing platform and employ creative ways to drive consumer tab growth in their market.
The RAM will spend the majority of the day in the field developing relationships
Prerequisites Of The Position:
3+ years of sales or account management experience.
3+ years of experience working with restaurant/bar point of sale systems or
Comfortable working with software systems and solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills, strong verbal and written communications.
Ability to travel 50% of the time (regionally based).
Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
