Execution at store level of all assigned launch initiatives to include but not limited to:
Setup and training of equipment.
Setup and training of product and displays.
Setup of POP signing.
Training store employees on terminal use
Educating store employees on products and fraud prevention
Conduct annual, bi-annual, quarterly, and monthly visits to assigned merchants based off of contractual agreements.
Pull or obtain sales reports prior to visits.
Inspect POS terminal for operational issues. Correct prior to leaving store or make appropriate contact to correct if any issues are noted.
Train store associates on terminal use if required.
Educate store associates on product if needed.
Verify planogram integrity and correct if there is a discrepancy.
Review condition of display unit. Dust and clean display as required. Correct prior to leaving the store or make appropriate contact to correct any rack/display issues.
Determine inventory needs and establish an order based on merchant?s ordering procedure.
Complete store visit report.
Create, promote and maintain relationships with accounts at store level. To include District Manager, Store manager and all store employees.
Maintain a working inventory and supply of all job-required items such as terminals, product, POP, forms, phone line related equipment, etc.
Maintain and service all company property as required.
Report daily any outstanding issues to the appropriate Account Manager and/or Sales Representative with copy to direct supervisor.
Generate weekly routes and provide to supervisor prior to servicing stores using MapPoint mapping software.
Generate daily recaps of store visits and provide to supervisor using Microsoft Excel.
Generate weekly expense reports using web based software (Concur).
Accept ownership of maintaining existing local accounts from a field respective and report opportunities that add value to retaining these accounts.
Periodically visit competition and report findings to supervisor.
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Bachelors Degree.
Must have the ability to work independently
Good Credit History. Able to obtain and maintain a credit card.
Pass criminal background checks.
Valid driver?s license, clean motor vehicle report, current insurance coverage.
Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time outside of assigned area.
Willingness to travel outside of assigned area when requested.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Previous presentation or group training experience.
Proficient with database, spreadsheet and word processing software. Preferred Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Previous Account Management or merchandising experience.
Preferred background in technical operations of Verifone, Link Point or other point of purchase terminal.
Essential Physical Functions:
Job duties will or could include lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, standing, and other physical activities associated with setting up and locating displays, terminals and POP signing.
Basic tools (screw driver, drills, pliers, wrenches)
