Regional Channel Account Manager Meraki

Meraki is seeking a highly entrepreneurial channel account manager to help build a world-class channel program. In this position, you will be responsible for initiating, maintaining, and growing strong channel partnerships and driving rapidly increasing revenue from our most strategic partners. The role involves overseeing a wide variety of campaigns and activities to drive increased sales, from identifying and creating relationships with new strategic partners, to working closely with both the inside and field sales teams to ensure we get the most benefit from each of our partners through lead sharing campaigns, marketing programs, incentives, sales and technical training, and events. You will be responsible for generating passion and enthusiasm for Meraki amongst our partner community, fostering a desire to sell Meraki, and driving partner-led revenue.Ideal candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, and a passion for growing a business.
Responsibilities
Identify target partners & coordinate with sales team to initiate relationships
Manage existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. Generate enthusiasm and passion for Meraki products among partner sales and engineering teams
Maintain quarterly business plans for top partner accounts
Develop and oversee marketing and incentive programs to drive sales
Coordinate sales and technical training for partners
Facilitate communications and deal flow between partner and Meraki sales reps
Collaborate with the director of channels to support the overall growth of our channel program, development of partner facing collateral and sales tools, tracking and internal communication tools, and marketing programs
Requirements
5+ years experience in channel management, channel sales, or consulting
Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills (client-service oriented mindset)
Desire to build a world class channel program
Willingness to travel (50%)
