Regional Channel Manager - Northeast

The MegaPath Regional Channel Manager (RCM) will be responsible for recruiting, enabling and developing partners within their region, significantly increasing partner revenue and driving MegaPath preference. The RCM will work with Master Agent Accounts already established as well as seeking out and enabling new Master Agents, Data-Vars, Managed Services Providers, Solutions Providers and large Partners to drive sales of MegaPath?s Cloud Products and Managed Network Services.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Driving channel programs with targeted Master Agents, Data-Vars and other large Partners
Enabling partners to sell the full suite of MegaPath solutions
Ensuring that MegaPath is ?top of mind? with partner base so that partners drive MegaPath preference
Develop and implement monthly, quarterly and annual GTM plans to ensure partner growth
Establishing yourself as a Vendor Champion building vendor relationships within your Partners
Communicating MegaPath?s products and positioning to your Partners? (including their sales forces) customers
Engaging in offer-driven marketing, per MegaPath and Partner marketing programs
Overseeing training of your Partners, including their sales forces or other customer facing representatives, on MegaPath services and key features
Working cross functionally to develop advertising and other lead- and sales-generation programs for your Partners
Coordinating all administrative aspects of account management including the overall business plan with your Partners
Coordinating creative and marketing requirements for your Partners
Coordinating sales pipeline management with other members of MegaPath sales team including your Partners
Assisting and driving closure on sales opportunities as needed with your Partners
Representing MegaPath at tradeshows, conferences, and customer visitations
Necessary travel to support your Partners within your specified region as well as travel as needed to corporate offices
