Job Description
We're seeking a savvy connector who is passionate about evangelizing Infusionsoft sales and marketing software to small businesses in the metro Phoenix market. As a Regional Development Manager for Arizona, and in particular the greater Phoenix area, you'll play a driving role in the local initiatives that get Infusionsoft noticed among small businesses who are looking to take their businesses to the next level. This position is a new kind of business development sales position where you'll collaborate with the regionally-focused inside sales team to help activate local supporters into referral partners and grow leads and prospects. You'll be a fire starter and build the army of Infusionsoft advocates in the territory that results in accelerated lead generation, brand building and goodwill. The masterful networking, business development and relationship-building skills that you've honed over the years will be the foundation of your success at Infusionsoft. Through large and small events, and one-to-one activities, you'll help build the groundswell and inspire people to talk about and recommend Infusionsoft to other small businesses. The person we're seeking cares about small business owners, loves to ask questions and has a knack for teaching practical concepts and building mutually beneficial relationships with customers, partners and influencers.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead all aspects of developing the Greater Phoenix area for our 'Go Local' efforts.
Build mutually beneficial relationships with customers, partners, and influencers in the Greater Phoenix area.
Effectively teach and motivate small business owners and local thought leaders on the value and benefit of Infusionsoft, building strong, long-lasting professional relationships.
While it won't be the only responsibility, there will be a sales component to this role...successfully managing this territory will include getting new customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years experience and a proven track record of success in marketing and sales
Working knowledge of lead attraction, online marketing, lead nurturing and customer upsell programs
BS/BA degree
Consultative approach to sales and business development
Established Greater Phoenix area small business, marketing and sales and tech network of contacts
Demonstrated ability to present content in front of large and small groups
Location within Greater Phoenix is required

Highly self-motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
Connected to small business?either a former owner, or indirectly connected to entrepreneurship
Possesses an intimate knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing best practices
Effectively makes presentations to both large and small groups
Displays a curiosity for entrepreneurship and small business marketing and sales, and software
Experience in software a plus
Adept at use of social media in community engagement and marketing strategies
Local reputation of excellence and dependability
Ability and desire to work independently in the absence of direct supervision
Represent the Infusionsoft brand with passion and pride
Proficiency in Infusionsoft software a plus, but not required
Willing to travel within territory on a daily basis
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and major social networking sites
