Regional Partner Development Manager - Systems Integrators
Alert Logic is building a world class business development team to establish relationships and manage the success of our partners. As a partner business development manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to build mind share and adoption of Alert Logic Security as a Service solutions with leading global systems integrators.
Responsibilities include actively recruiting named partners, understanding their services and crafting joint solutions and go-to-market models. In this role you will also track potential partner?s progress within the program, understand their requirements and ensure timely follow up on all aspects of the on-boarding process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver against a set of specific goals for recruiting, onboarding, establishing end customer success with partners and advancing partners within the Alert Logic Partner Program
Recruit and manage partners from the registration process, all the way through launching and supporting the joint offering.
Work closely with the Business Development team to develop an on boarding program that provides SI partners the business, sales and technical support they need
Understand the technical and training requirements of our partners, and work closely with the internal product teams to guide the product roadmap.
Deliver well qualified, pilot end customer opportunities via partners to the sales force.
Working experience with SalesForce.com
Prepare and give business reviews to the senior executive team.
This is a remote position - candidates must reside in either the East or West coast of the United States.
Experience working with major systems integrators or having sold with systems integrators is required (Accenture, Cognizant, Infosys, HCL, Tata Consultancy, Wipro, etc.)
The right person will possess significant sales or business development experience in the software/technology industry.
Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.
Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs supporting hundreds of customers/partners.
Strong technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like security, virtualization and Software as a Service delivery models.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
