Regional Director of Sales IPeria
Position Overview:
This position directly affects sales volume growth through direct sales of Iperias next-generation voice and messaging applications to current and prospective customers in the Tier II and Tier III carrier space.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
- Work with CEO/VP of Sales to establish regions annual sales goals, contributing to the Companys annual revenue plan
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Develop and maintain positive and profitable customer relationships
- Prospect, qualify, develop and close business in both new and existing accounts
- Work with Sales Engineer to develop customer proposals
- Present proposals to customers and close sales
- Work closely with Customer Support, Engineering and Finance to ensure timely implementation of solutions
Skill, Education and Position Requirements:
- Approach business in a strategic and consultative manner
- High proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using SalesForce.com to manage prospects/customers and generate reports
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated to continuously accomplish goals
- Ability to influence decision makers at all levels
- 7+ years selling software solutions in the telecommunications space
- Experience with carriers in the unified messaging space is preferred
