MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sell new ER memberships, upgrades and other products, consistently each month and quarter.
Convert trial memberships and maximize receivables consistently each month and quarter
Initiate and participate in various pipeline development and management activities initiated both by the company and self.
Give numerous presentations and demonstrations in a variety of environments to both groups and individuals. These would occur live, over the phone and online.
Form and maintain relationships with members in territory. Work closely with teammates to ensure maximum member satisfaction and a high propensity for referring.
Establish a self-developed network of formal and informal partners focused on generating leads.
Establish and maintain a very high level of work intensity evidenced by a high volume of prospect meetings, member meetings, outbound and inbound calls, demos, presentations and other related actions.
Travel to remote territory 30%-50% of the time, depending on geographic makeup of the territory.
Manage all activities, account details, pipeline, and forecast through our salesforce.com CRM; on a timely and accurate basis.
Represent the Club with the highest level of integrity and professionalism, adhering to the company?s Code of Conduct.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS:

Athletic in nature. Must possess a natural motivation which results in continuous effort. We are looking for candidates who pride themselves on the quantity and quality of their work.

Resilient. Must be able to deal with continuous, difficult objections, multiple decision makers, emotional ebbs and flows, and varied personalities and temperaments.
Poised and confident. Must be able to ?hold court? with successful consumers, and handle intelligent, complex objections in the sales process.
Sharp. Not just intelligent, but quick on their feet. Must have the innate ability to truly listen, and respond in a compelling, persuasive manner.
Available. This position entails 4 months of training in Denver, and then permanent residence in San Francisco.
