Regional Finance Manager Modular Space Corporation
The Regional Finance Manager is responsible for the creation and over all management of the P&L planning, forecasting and reporting function for a designated region.The Regional Finance Manager:
Coordinates the financial planning process that will include preparation, review, and consolidation of branch P&L?s for a designated region
Measures variances to those plans and provides recommendations to mitigate and drive ultimate decision making to help business achieve profitability targets
Prepares Forecasts on regular basis and supports any initiatives to close the gap to financial targets
Provides the Leadership team with the business metrics to monitor performance and change course when needed
Provides guidance and input on strategic business opportunities
Supports the Commercial team with financial analysis during deal reviews
Trains as required all branch and district resources on basic financial concepts
Manages the Balance Sheet, making sure that the balances are supported with proper and timely account reconciliations
Monitors accounts receivable delinquencies and its probable impact on the P&L
Monitors custom deals profitability to avoid margin erosion and if needed suggests process improvements
Supports all the different operations initiatives to achieve productivity targets through sourcing and cost efficiencies
Ensures compliance with all relevant company policies and company values
A successful candidate has/is:
A Bachelor's Degree (in Finance or Accounting) or 4 years experience in a finance position
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance
Experience in applying financial expertise to complex business issues
Excellent PC skills in Windows-based environment and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of financial reporting systems
Process-oriented and hands-on
Superior organizational skills
The ability to manage multiple projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and is a great team player
Strong leadership skills
Oracle Financial Analyzer knowledge - preferred
Experience working in a decentralized organization - preferred
