Job Description
PaySimple?s Partner Channel Growth team is building a world-class sales organization to support our growing partner channel. The RISM will drive partner sales by owning an Inside Sales region within our partner organization and creating sales momentum in that sales organization. The sales activities will include establishing relationships in the various inside sales organizations (Inbound, Outbound, Existing Business etc.); partnering with sales management and top sales reps to drive understanding and integration of PaySimple?s product into their standard sales processes. You will create and implement training and incentive programs, coach on product pitches and demos, test talk tracks and pitches for different sales approaches, and create excitement and energy around our product, with an ultimate goal of generating leads and new customers through this inside sales channel.
This revenue-generating sales role; performance will be measured by newly boarded merchants within your region on a monthly basis. This position will be located in our Denver office and you will spend 50% of your time traveling to inside sales offices within your region. We will consider locating this role outside of Denver for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Act as local, hands-on driver of new initiatives and program implementation for our partner?s inside sales organizations
Utilize a deep understanding of PaySimple?s core product to communicate product features & benefits, sales approaches, and closing techniques to your region?s inside sales teams
Spend 50% + of time on the road presenting live training to inside sales offices, including attending team meetings, participating on calls and providing demos to key merchants
Provide creative input on potential new sales programs to ensure that all possible avenues for growth are understood and leveraged for maximum benefit of the specific partner and PaySimple
Develop professional and effective relationships with all levels of management both within PaySimple and our partner companies
Build deep relationships with the sales management teams throughout your inside sales region, with a goal toward obtaining participation at sales training events such quarterly and annual meetings, sales events and team-by-team meetings
Work with internal teams to utilize our sales training material including classroom training, webinars, and online learning sessions; provide input on new material where required
Create and implement incentive programs appropriate for multiple levels within sales organizations to drive product presentations that close business.
Serve as communication conduit to PaySimple on any issues or challenges within your region?s partner organization
Qualifications:
5+ years of Inside Sales experience required, Inside Sales management experience preferred
Deep understanding of the unique challenges of generating sales via a phone channel
Partner Channel or Reseller experience a plus
Strong sales presentation and negotiating skills, with a record of consistent sales goal achievement and top performance
Knowledge of sales training a plus
Proven track record of achieving sales objectives
Experience in payments processing, financial services, Software as a Service, or a similar recurring revenue service, specifically with a small business focus, desired
Strong written and verbal presentation skills are essential
Intellectual agility to quickly and creatively respond to partner requests
Understanding of the demands of a private, growth-oriented company
Extensive knowledge of pricing models, distribution channels, acquiring industry technology trends, budgeting, statistics and analysis, planning skills, competitive strategies, sales presentation and strong training skills
Self-confidence matched with a willingness to collaborate and successfully engage with colleagues, partners and sales teams
Compensation:
PaySimple offers competitive compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan. This RSM position includes a base salary, commissions and bonuses as well as a laptop, and monthly expense reimbursement
Competitive compensation consisting of base salary + commissions, with substantial upside earnings available for top performers
