Regional Inside Sales Representative Motion Computing

Reporting to: Sr. Director, US Sales
Summary
As part of Motion Computing?s sales team, you will be responsible for supporting partners and end users in a defined geography. Working with partners and field sales team, you will need to grow opportunities, moving them through the pipeline, and be an overall product specialist for partners and end users.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide prompt responses to deal registrations from partners
Review, qualify and approve new partner applications
On-board new partners, training them on products, pricing and solutions
Manage opportunities in regional sales pipeline
Handle quotes/pricing requests
Serve as initial touch point for all leads
Act as driver for customer refresh/satisfaction/upsell opportunities
Act as main point of contact and provide sales support for Motion Partners
Handle product and SKU questions
Communicate EOL/New Product Announcements/Price Lists/Promotions to customers and partners in geographical region
Provide tradeshow support where required
Engage with distribution reps
QualificationsandExperience
Experience and Education Requirements:
Customer-focused attitude both before and after the sale
Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
2 ? 3 years sales or related experience
Ability to make quick decisions and initiate appropriate action
Strong documentation and record keeping skills
Task-Oriented focus with minimal supervision required
Creative problem-solving skills using a consultative approach
Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills (familiarity with MS Dynamics CRM a plus)
Flexibility with hours (schedule to be determined by region supporting)
Willingness to learn
