Regional Manager General Contractor Sales Construction Software Technologies
The Regional Manager General Contractor Sales will work as a team and in partnership with
another Regional Manager General Contractor Sales in a given market to engage prospect leads,
host online demonstrations (Go-To-Meetings) of the iSqFt for General Contractors product as well
set appointments with prospective customers to promote rapid network market growth.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Making minimum of 40-50 outbound calls per day to sales leads.
? Call on key decision makers and influencers to engage peak interest and identify customer
? Qualify the prospect as a potential customer
? Identify Decision maker and influencers
? Research Company (type of General Contractor, etc?)
? Establish Customer needs to be solved by iSqFt for General Contractor , for example:
-Invitation to Bid (ITB)s
? Employ needs based and consultative selling techniques to determine product and service
requirements for both new accounts and prospects.
? Utilize Saleforce.com for tracking leads, opportunities and contacts.
? Participate in training as it relates to product knowledge and inside sales skills. Including
ongoing call monitoring or taping for training and quality purposes.
? Provide appropriate input to management to develop marketing and sales plan.
? Offer prospect the opportunity to trial the iSqFt for General Contractors product (during
Network launches only)
? Create sales reports as required.
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
? Documented track record of sales success
? Process driven methodology
? Excellent phone skills (engage and establish rapport)
? A high level of self discipline
? Salesforce experience preferred or experience with a similar CRM tool required
? Self confidence to call on high level executives including presidents and CEO?s
? Strong background in construction industry sales
? Persistence and integrity
? Team Player
Experience and Education Requirements:
? BS/BA degree required or equivalent work experience
? Construction industry specific knowledge base is preferred. ? Candidate should possess high level of comfort with use of computers, internet and MS Office
programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
Physical Demand and Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk; sit; type on computer
keyboard; talk or hear; answer telephone; look at computer screen. Specific vision abilities required
by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment can be high at times.
