Regional Marketing Coordinator, Latin America Clarabridge

Clarabridge is currently seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator for Latin America with an ideal background in online/email marketing. The ideal candidate must speak and write fluently in Spanish (required) and Portuguese (desired). This Regional Marketing coordinator will be responsible for the logistics, coordination, and project execution of LATAM lead generation campaigns, as well as writing, programming, and deploying email campaigns.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to maintain relationships with outside vendors for list purchases, public relations, building content, and events. In addition this individual will work with the Director of Product Marketing on the creation of content that shares proper messaging of products benefits and features with the market. The Regional Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the creation and development of the overall marketing strategy for LATAM. As an integral team member, the individual will gain experience and expertise within the Marketing Department on strategy and operations.
Work in marketing automation platform, Marketo, to program, create, deploy, track, and report on email campaigns supporting the LATAM team.
Create marketing collateral such as product data sheets, use cases and other material localized for LATAM
Manage sponsored and co-sponsored events to promote the brand and generate leads via trade shows, roadshows, research papers, and webinars
Promote cross-departmental alignment and full transparency through weekly reports to senior management and sales team
Work with internal graphic designer to help create artwork and content for all online Lead Generation campaigns
Work with Inside Sales team to obtain leads from events to produce follow-up email campaigns
Assist in the design creation of new email and landing page templates
Maintain the LATAM lead generation campaign calendar and reporting
Assist in conceptualizing and planning marketing campaigns, communications strategies, and content needed to achieve organizational objectives
Assist in the day?to?day processes and administrative duties
Bachelor?s degree or above in Marketing or Communications
1-3 years marketing experience
Language fluency in Spanish; language fluency in Portuguese is desired
Be highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and outside of the box thinker
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, but also independently with minimal direct supervision
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Marketo is a plus
