THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota for more than three decades, partnered with Insight Imaging in 2012 to create one of the nation?s largest radiology providers for fixed site and mobile diagnostic imaging and interventional services. Together we have 116 retail imaging centers, 128 mobile units and operate in more than thirty states. Our organization will serve nearly a million patients in 2013, offering a wide range of screening, diagnostic and interventional procedures that complement each community?s needs, in collaboration with radiologists, healthcare providers, hospitals and health systems.
We are currently seeking a Regional Marketing Manager to join our Corporate Marketing Team in St. Louis Park, MN.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with markets? management, sales and clinical teams, as well as within the corporate departments to support volume growth for our radiology and interventional clinical services in assigned markets. The Regional Marketing Manager ensures marketing outreach to our customers is consistent with the company?s vision and mission and contributes to the business goals and directives of CDI?s executive team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Focuses on vertical marketing to drive core business, increasing same-center performance in assigned markets as well as partnering on growth initiatives to secure market share
? Marketing management of local strategic priorities and projects, including developing and/or nurturing each markets? local brands, as well as effective communication of each market?s brand positioning, values, services and expertise
? Partners with market teams each year to develop an annual strategic plan which details the following year?s activities focused on organizational goals; develops go-to-market plans for how marketing will support each defined strategic initiative
? Manages upstream development of marketing initiatives in partnership with Market Leaders and sales team, and drives downstream communications strategies and tactics related to a wide variety of CDI?s products and services and varied target ?customers? including business-to-business and business-to-consumer outreach
o Core product marketing (MRI and CT services, women?s imaging, etc.) and marketing to non-traditional referral sources (e.g. unions, consumers, etc.).
o Segments, targets and drives communications to key customers including referring clinicians/staff and patients (e.g. chiropractors, orthopedists, etc.)
o Develops internal positioning, communications and training support for a variety of corporate and market constituents
o Partners with product managers and marketing team members to implement initiatives
? Builds relationships with market teams to understand unique dynamics, partners, and customers?a strategic partnership will ensure alignment to meet each market?s goals
? Drives adoption of best practices and communicates CDI?s vision for products and service enhancements in markets
? Manages a Marketing Coordinator and works with this individual to manage each market?s priorities. Works with Marketing Coordinator to manage outside vendors and agencies
? Meets regularly with direct reports to set goals, provide training opportunities and monitor progress toward goals; assists direct reports in defining career goals and seeking opportunities
? As opportunities are identified to transition organizations or brands, manager will engage teams for successful implementation of change management initiatives
? Creates a positive experience for every internal and external customer each day by practicing the CDI Experience

? Knowledge of and extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives

? Proven ability to develop and implement both strategic programs and supporting tactics
? Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills

? Bachelor?s degree or a graduate degree preferably in marketing, communications or a related field or an advanced degree, Masters or MBA, in a related field
? Communications or marketing management experience in healthcare or an associated industry
? 10 years or more of marketing-related experience in either a business-to-business or business-to-consumer environment
? Ability to travel up to 15% of the time (wide variances month to month); may be impacted by direction and growth of markets
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of graphics programs, including Adobe Professional, InDesign, and Quark.
? Requires the use of office equipment, such as computer terminals, facsimile machines, telephones and copiers
? Requires sitting and computer related activities for extended periods of time
? Requires the ability to see, hear, speak, write and key
? Requires ability to travel
