About The Role
Reporting to the Director, NALA Regional Marketing you?ll be a key member of the Corporate Marketing team and have responsibility for providing marketing expertise to specific NALA sales region(s). You will be responsible for collaborating with your regional sales team (Inside, Corporate & Field) to understand the pipeline needs of their region and for defining, planning and executing the appropriate mix and range of tailored, regional-specific marketing programs in support of their sales objectives. In the process you will collaborate widely internally, building relationships with other functional disciplines within Marketing, (Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Web & Creative Services, Marketing Operations etc.) as well as our Channel team and relevant Carrier, Channel, ISV and Distributor partners, incorporating these partners into the planning process and programs where appropriate. Your success will be measured on your capacity to translate your sales region?s needs into measurable marketing programs that generate quantifiable sales opportunities for your region.
Regional Marketing Manager
? Build a comprehensive regional marketing plan in collaboration with Sales and Marketing ensuring the plan is validated, supported, funded and quantifiable.
? Execute and/or manage a variety of corporate, channel, demand gen and field programs, selecting the optimum mix based on an evaluation of the needs of our Inside, Corporate and Field Sales teams and their respective target customers & prospects
? Engage, collaborate and incorporate where appropriate, Carrier, Channel, ISV and Distributor partners into regional programs, supporting overall partner marketing program positioning and messaging (partner ecosystem naming/branding, requirements, benefits including MDF, rebates, deal reg. etc.)
? Build and maintain ongoing communications with Regional Sales & Channel Directors, Account Executives, Regional Marketing peers and Channel contacts sharing best practices and program ideas.
? Oversee creative program development, working closely with internal partners including product marketing, channel and sales leaders to create integrated messaging and materials
? Be the voice of sales and the channel in marketing to help identify sales needs and collaboratively work with marketing groups to develop programs to address field sales needs.
? Forecast, measure, analyze and report the impact of programs on sales cycles, pipeline, opportunity creation.
? Manage the regional marketing budget to plan.
What You Bring To The Role
? Minimum 6 years experience in high-tech B2B field and/or channel marketing; knowledge of enterprise mobility technology and industry fundamentals and trends a plus.
? Direct experience of working with sales and channel leadership to develop and execute a marketing plan to support a complex enterprise sales strategy
? Direct experience of the dynamics, motivations and business models of a diverse set of channel partners including Distributors, Resellers, Carriers and ISV?s.
? Versatility in both strategy & execution; this role requires strategic thinking with a creative mindset and thoughtful, practical execution of effective marketing campaigns
? Experience with sales operations, reporting and marketing analytics including experience of Salesforce; experience of Eloqua a plus
? Strong interpersonal skills, ability to earn trust, influence others and work collaboratively with sales and channel management
? Detail orientated, excellent project management, organizational, written & verbal skills; strong analysis and decision-making abilities
? Intellectual curiosity coupled with a highly analytical approach in assessing what is working and where to drive improved performance;

? Bachelor degree or equivalent
