Work closely with regional sales teams to organize and execute marketing programs and campaigns that will generate sales through increase customer response and new leads
Maximize the growth of lead opportunities that lead to sits ? the seminal event for the sales organization
Assist Marketing leadership in effectively communicating marketing initiatives and programs to internal and external sales teams
Essential Functions ? Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with a diverse team of internal stakeholders to execute integrated marketing programs as well as implement highly targeted micro-campaigns to organize outbound calling efforts
Identify key goal, objective, or outcome of marketing campaigns and work to ensure that the campaign delivers on these targets
Assist in identifying audience and appropriate media for marketing programs
Analyze effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials
Train/educate sales teams on effective use of marketing materials
Track and monitor project progress of assigned marketing projects
Engage with Sales to develop and drive adoption of programs and processes
Help internally promote marketing programs; meet with sales managers and reps to learn about the business and gain support for Marketing efforts
Act as on-site Marketing point of contact for regional sales team
Assist in developing new lead generation sources through business development relationships and association participation and engagement, as well as sponsorships
Identify and suggest process and systems improvements that enhance the goal of providing sales more qualified leads to engage with
Qualifications
A bachelor?s degree in marketing, business communications or a related field is required
Requires strong leadership and management capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines, with limited resources to manage projects independently
Resourcefulness in solving problems
An ability to respond with a sense of urgency in a sales driven culture
Excellent interpersonal skills and keen attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Superior professionalism and judgment
Strong work ethic
Five or more years of experience in program development, marketing and sales engagement
Prior association and/or international markets experience desired, but not necessary
The position will require an ability to manage external partners and possible remote members of the team
