We are currently searching for a Regional Operations Manager based in the Midwest to provide leadership, supervision and technical expertise to support successful completion of organizational objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works closely with the sales team to monitor opportunities in strengthening the supply chain;
Works closely with sales leaders achieve operational objectives in cost, customer service and delivery.
Acts as an advisor to supervisors or staff members to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems;
Coaches and develops direct reports through development dialogues and organizational leadership reviews;
Participates in establishing a vision for functional area and links Region with company's strategic goals;
Ensures all policies and procedures are followed and Interpret, execute, and recommend modifications to organizational policies and procedures;

Education and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Science or General Business Administration preferred.
Previous direct management experience in construction, utilities or manufacturing operations.
Experience managing multiple projects
Previous experience managing P&L.
Must also have the following demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Lean Distribution methodologies.
Demonstrated experience with fiscal control, budget forecasting, standardized metrics and achievement in performance to plan
Excellent leadership and team building skills with a proven track record of building successful teams.
Cross functional communication across organizations within the company
