To fuel our continued growth, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Partner Manager for our Cincinnati, OH location.
The Regional Partner Manager (RPM) is a dedicated Channel Partner resource, working exclusively with regional partners to develop and grow the Peak 10 Alliance Channel. The RPM will manage all business development aspects of the Alliance Program Partnerships, with a primary focus on partner acquisition, sales revenue and lead generation. The role will balance partner recruitment, sales support, partner management, and sales training with the focus on growing the channel sales funnel.
We are looking for Channel Sales professionals with:
Demonstrable experience in channel sales management gained with an IT vendor with depth of connections in the Cincinnati market.
A proven track record of motivating, mentoring, and training of sales professionals.
A proven track record of quota achievement through channel sales, and demonstrated career stability.
A proven track record of successful partner recruitment.
Excellent customer/partner management/service/handling skills and experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems.
Excellent time-management and multi-tasking abilities.
Demonstrated high level of professional etiquette and integrity.
Strong preference for a Bachelor's Degree & minimum of 5 years in channel sales and account management.

Bachelor?s Degree and 5+ years? experience in channel sales and account management in the IT technology arena
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, making and keeping commitments, meeting deadlines and stress management skills.
Proven propensity to learn new technologies.
Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker; professional appearance and presentation.
Knowledge of advanced interpersonal interaction techniques and an understanding of when to employ different techniques depending on the situation.
