Regional Recruitment Director Inclinix

Multiple openings based in Wilmington, NC for accomplished outside sales professionals with experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or healthcare sales. Responsibilities include prospecting and enrolling sites to participate in clinical studies, defining service contract relationships, and working closely with internal specialists to develop and present customized study recruitment and outreach support services to clients. Directors will be responsible for managing on-going relationships and expanding opportunities within their sites and regions.

Position Requirements:

BS degree in a related health science discipline from an accredited college or university.
Five plus years experience selling to pharmaceutical, medical device, laboratory, or healthcare organizations.
Exceptional strategic selling skills, including discovery, ROI development and presentation, sales cycle maintenance, tactical planning and closing
The ability to identify client business and performance issues through research and effective consulting/questioning skills
Out of state travel requirements range from 25 to 50.
Experience selling customizable services and solutions
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
