Regional Reimbursement Manager Solstice Neurosciences

Western half of US. Successful candidate must live in or move to territory.
Significant knowledge of reimbursement and insurance policy.
Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in reimbursement or health policy in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Strong research skills.
Ability to develop positive relationships with customers that inspire loyalty to the US WorldMeds' brand.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Prior customer facing experience preferred.
Highly motivated self-starter who is able to work independently, deal with complex issues and relate to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Position may require up to 80% travel including overnight stays.
Assist US WorldMeds? customers in understanding coverage and billing of therapies and insurance options. Coordinate with field sales to uncover and resolve customer reimbursement and coverage matters. Includes travel with field sales for face-to-face customer meetings.
Assist in the implementation and presentation of reimbursement and access programs and support. Activities may include training and tactical support of US WorldMeds? sales team members, customers, access program partners, and attendance at US WorldMeds? conferences as requested.
Support efforts to educate healthcare providers on patient assistance and out-of-pocket assistance programs.
Participate as requested with managed markets, marketing and sales team members to create reimbursement and customer advocacy related program resources to support patient access to US WorldMeds? therapies.
Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance work flow, and/or improve the work environment.
Attendance at US WorldMeds? required training programs.
