POSITION:
Based on annual double-digit sales growth and internal promotion, we have opened a Regional Sales Manager position to focus on the western states where enterprises are implementing Call Center applications and next-generation VoIP, IVR, and CTI applications.
This position reports to the Western Regional Sales Manager and requires 60 travel.
Candidates must reside in one of the states in the sales region in close proximity to a regional airlines hub and maintain an established home business office. Our priority locations are CO and northern CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Sales Account Management position is responsible for direct sales of Empirix Contact Center products and service offerings in a 5 state territory in Western region.
Develop, implement and manage a Regional Sales Plan
Manage Empirix sales process: qualification, presentation, proposal, legal and closure
Forge new relationships while building upon established partnerships and customer accounts
Evangelize the Empirix Value Proposition to Call Center management
Build 3x quota pipeline to over-achieve requirements
Promote team-based solution selling environment
REQUIREMENTS:
5 years Field Enterprise/Call Center sales experience selling within the Call Center, CTI, IVR, Speech or CRM Markets
BS degree, excellent business communication skills
A solid understanding of call center technology
Industry knowledge of Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, eLoyalty and other Empirix Alliance Partners products.
