REGIONAL SALES CHANNEL MANAGER PanTerra Networks
Job Description:
Regional Channel Manager is responsible for recruiting, qualifying, signing, ramping, and building partner relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs), master agents, and agents within an assigned territory, to resell PanTerra Networks services. Channel Manager must be able to recruit new partners as well as manage existing partner relationships. Territory will be based on geographic location/proximity and will require some traveling to both partners as well as potential end-user customer locations. Channel Manager must be able to demonstrate PanTerra services to partners and end customers, negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports, drive revenue with partners, close end-customer deals with new partners and provide timely communications to headquarters, partners and potential customers. This role requires strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills combined with a keen sense of drive and determination to generation recurring revenue for the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
The channel manager is responsible for finding, qualifying and selling customers on PanTerra Network services, within an assigned territory. Sales Executives must be able to mine territories to sell unified communications services to small and medium sized enterprises. Territory will be based on geographic location. Sales Executive must be able to demonstrate PanTerra services, negotiate contracts, provide detailed and timely sales reports and drive revenue. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills combined with a sense of urgency to drive revenue generation for the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop new prospects based on rolodex and company supplied leads
Maintain required number of quality outbound calls to prospect contacts
Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets
Conduct in-depth product presentations to both partners and potential customers
Record accurate prospect and customer data in company CRM
Provide high level of customer service to ensure client's complete satisfaction
Requirements:
BS/BA or equivalent
3-5+ years of Telecommunications sales experience in UC, cloud, VoIP or IP-PBX with track record of exceeding targeted objectives
Extremely motivated sales and target driven individual
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills
Experience selling into the SME market is a big plus
Proficient with MS Office and other sales tools (CRM)
