Regional Sales Consultant Clinicient
Clinicient is seeking a Regional Sales Consultant to help win customers for our fast growing company. The right candidate will have consultative selling experience preferably in a healthcare and/or SaaS environment and be comfortable selling to non-technical buyers (Physical Therapist/Owners in private practice or Office Administrators) in the Outpatient Rehabilitation market. They will be skilled at developing relationships and executing strategies for identifying opportunities in their region, understanding prospect needs, creating a compelling vision and finding creative ways to overcome selling challenges. They will primarily be selling over the phone and facilitating demonstrations via Go-to-Meeting. They must be a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology environment and understand the challenges of working in a growing company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with management team to establish aggressively achievable sales forecasts and targets for assigned region.
Manage the sales process and client relationship from lead generation to contract closure to meet and/or exceed sales targets. Includes prospecting, responding to incoming leads, identifying customer needs, presenting Clinicient solution and contract negotiation and closure.
Develop strong knowledge of competitive products and work with sales and marketing team to develop approaches to overcome competitive pressure.
Maintain accurate and thorough customer records in Clinicient?s CRM.
Partner with the implementation and training team to ensure appropriate expectation setting during the sales process and a smooth hand-off of clients from sales to operations.
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide input on how increase the effectiveness of the sales process.
Work with sales and marketing team on promotional opportunities.
Develop relationships with industry influencers and organizations within assigned region.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years relevant experience.
Bachelor degree required.
Experience in healthcare, business and/or technology preferred.
Experience selling over the phone leveraging web-based tools and social media.
Demonstrated success in a consultative selling environment
Relevant value-add sales training.

Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellent telephone sales personality.
Passion for providing excellent customer solution, identifying unmet customer needs and providing solutions.
