Regional Sales Director Marketron

Objective:
We are growing our business and have immediate openings for seasoned and successful Regional Sales Directors. Candidates should be experienced with Enterprise Level software sales and business development; plus have the demonstrated ability to sell at senior levels in top-tier companies.
Summary:
Successful candidates will be well versed with consultative sales skill sets, will inspire confidence, and will have a strong self-motivation to control their destiny in a highly visible, performance orientated environment. Four positions are available; 3 in US and 1 in Canada.
Responsibilities:
- Manage existing clients by firmly establishing strategic relationships that result in landing large/recurring revenue deals
- Create sales plans and strategies to develop business with NEW Top Tier accounts
- Build and manage a new business pipeline from account identification, through proposal and closing stages
- Must be able to identify the clients customer insight needs and creatively harness Marketrons solutions to address them
- Must demonstrate sales leadership with timely and accurate reporting of revenue, pricing, competitive activity, new business activity etc.
- Must have the demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quota
Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience selling Enterprise level software sales solutions, with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs; and the ability to work with the client strategically to meet those needs
- Proven ability to develop strategic high-level relationships in client accounts
- Demonstrated ability to sell SaaS services to Multi-Media organizations
- Proven track record of closing new business and meeting or exceeding sales quota
- Ability to sell technology-enabled products to top-tier clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to write winning proposals
- Driven, articulate, confident and polished: with high integrity and professionalism, a good presenter and a good listener
- Enthusiastic and passionate about our company
- Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be able to travel as needed
- Media Industry experience strongly preferred
- BS/BA; MBA a plus.
