Along with this growth we are seeking a Regional Director - Law Firm Sales based from a home office in the West. You will be driving revenue growth with our award winning products and will coach and develop a strong team of Sales Professionals.
Develop and manage the performance of Regional Sales Managers
Actively use Salesforce to manage sales process, forecast sales, and set standards for performance metrics
Define, measure, and reinforce the best practices in selling and cultural behaviors
Motivate and maintain a high morale and culture of success
Provide relevant updates and reporting
Identify and groom future leaders of the organization
Spend the majority of your time in the field with a hands-on management approach
Travel up to 60%
Skills and Experience
2+ years outside sales management experience, preferably in a Legal Solutions selling environment
Proven ability to significantly increase revenue, and a record of managing in organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers. Understand the customers? and partners? underlying business issues.
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
Good at influencing others, both externally and internally; able to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
A demonstrated track record as a top performer throughout his or her career.
Proven leader & manager
Bachelor?s degree or higher
