SUMMARY OF POSITION
Jenzabar?s sales team has an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Director for Innovation Solutions to hunt, grow and expand new business through effective new business development. The RSD is responsible for regional solution sales, assessing prospects needs and selling enterprise software and services to maximize revenue and long-term customer success.
?Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve revenue goals and demonstrate consistent and predictable performance
?Prepare and present quarter, half year and annual business plans to executives as requested
?Make prospecting cold calls
?Prepares and delivers proposals and contracts with the ability to negotiate standard and non standard T&Cs
?Respond to RFP?s ongoing, to achieve the quarterly targets
?Candidate must demonstrate ability to build strong executive relationships and sell within traditional IT hierarchy as well as non-IT business units.
?Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
?Plan, prepare and coordinate all sales related activities from executive presentations to product demonstrations
?Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with prospects through-out and after the sale to ensure a successful implementation and maximum customer satisfaction
?Ability to manage complex sales situations and large projects, influencing customers and defuse potential problems by using your knowledge of complex business challenges to identify solutions
?Remain knowledgeable about Jenzabar?s products and services to facilitate sales efforts and alert clients to new or improved products/services
?Expect approximately 50% travel
?Post secondary education
?Substantial consultative software and services selling experience in higher education and recent and sustained over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability in higher-education
?Basic understanding of contracts and terms & conditions
?Facilitates on-site and off-site client meetings, conference calls, webinars, etc.
?Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop applications.
?Proficient with SalesForce CRM
