Job Description
MRI Software is seeking a Regional Sales Director to oversee a team of high achieving sales representatives as they uncover and close sales opportunities for the entire MRI Software product suite. This individual will be responsible for managing and motivating assigned team members, providing on-going feedback to executive leadership, and helping to ensure effective management of the sales process and strategic goals of the organization.

Skills/Requirements
Previous B2B sales experience in a Senior/Leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully generating revenue and building teams.
Exceptional contract negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to coach and develop talent
Mange people through change while providing leadership and driving results.
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent, relevant experience
Comfortable working from a home based office within assigned region with the ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
