THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI), headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota for more than three decades, joined with Insight Imaging in 2012 to create one of the nation?s largest radiology providers for fixed site and mobile diagnostic imaging and interventional services. JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for helping drive volume and revenue growth and performance of CDI and Insight sales teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Champions the values and builds the culture to support the goals of CDI while fostering an environment where customer service is a priority
? Provides sales leadership and focus to supported markets, maximizing the capacity of the sales team through effective motivation of individual team members.
? Works with, SVPS, VPS, and local leadership to hire, train and develop field sales personnel. This includes ongoing training/development based on the values and direction of the national CDI sales structure/philosophy.
? Participates in the development and delivery of sales team and in-market sales leadership training, including ongoing in-person and online initiatives as well as at the National Sales and Marketing Meeting and Senior Account Executive meetings. Works with senior management, regional vice presidents, market leaders and field sales teams on account planning, sales goal setting, territory planning and oversight of CRM system/reports; consistently measures sales team member?s performance to volume plan
? Provides close leadership and coaching of both the SAE and AE positions, including sales forecasting activities, ride-alongs, direct performance-based feedback, and support. Active in and knowledgeable of accounts in the supported region.
? Supports and participates in the development of market strategic planning.
? Assists in the implementation of product/service lines and marketing programs in markets. This includes assisting markets with prioritizing rollouts; supporting the field teams in targets, strategies and tactics; and team training.
? Works with market leadership and corporate team on sales team staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop sales team and meet market and region volume expectations.
? Supports the markets in the assignment of sales territories to sales representatives.
? Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist SAE/AE?s in promoting sales.
? Works with AE/SAE team, radiologists and operations to further expand and enhance product offering to referring MD?s, PA?s, chiropractors, and other medical professionals, solidifying and maintaining current referral base and uncovering areas for future market growth.
? Working with Marketing, assists in the development of marketing campaigns for new products and services.

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
? 5+ years marketing and sales experience
? 3+ years knowledge of Healthcare industry
? 5+ years of management/leadership experience
? 2-3 years of spreadsheet software usage, Excel2000 preferred
? Strong medical sales skills required in the diagnostic imaging area
? Consistent, proven sales results against assigned objectives
? 75 - 80% Travel required
