Job Description
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for prospecting to the C-Suite, VP?s / Directors of: HIM, Revenue Cycle, and Cancer Registry and other individuals in related position with decision making / purchasing authority to share how Precyse can significantly enhance the current HIM services, improve revenues and decrease costs within the HIM Department while positively impacting the overall revenue cycle and patient care. Achieving a predetermined revenue / margin target within defined guidelines to increase market share and drive company revenue is their number one priority. These responsibilities will be executed in direct coordination and cooperation with the Regional Sales Vice President with overall Market responsibility for the assigned Sales Market(s). This is an individual contributor role.
Responsibilities:
Generate opportunities and close contracts at DHIM and C-Suite level primarily for various ?transactional services? offerings within the Precyse portfolio of products:
Audits
Education Offerings (ICD10, Coding and other)
Interim Management
Remote Coding ?Interim?
Onsite Coding
Oncology Interim Management
RAC
Through personal sales and prospecting activities, within potential new and existing clients, work to identify opportunities and generate new leads or grow existing active opportunities for ?defined value? offerings within the Precyse Solutions portfolio of products at the C-Suite level Work with and through Regional Sales Vice President on best approach to develop, progress and close identified ?defined value? opportunities.

Develop proposal and complete contractual arrangement on services sold.
Maintain accurate and current record of all selling activities and identified opportunities in Sales Force per company policy
Ensure proper application of Counter Intuitive sales process and relevant solution specific sales processes for active opportunities including the creation and maintenance of a complete sales map for any opportunity in stage 2 or higher
Attend trade shows and conferences as requested.
Requirements
Bachelor degree required, preferably in Business and/or Health Information Management. Minimum 5-7 years of work experience with demonstrated progressive growth in responsibilities, accountabilities and results.
Effective communicator and planner, organized, structured, results driven.
Must be able to successfully negotiate the terms of an agreement and be able to deliver contract execution.
Customer service focused with ability to build and foster client relationships.
Ability to translate client challenges and needs into Precyse service and solutions.
Knowledge of healthcare business structures, executive management, and HIM operations.
Expertise/background in a complex industry, IT and/or healthcare.
Experience with a proactive planned prospecting approach to canvas a specified territory and generate consistent opportunities to achieve projected revenue growth plans.
