Responsibilities:
Implement and execute a Go to Market Strategy for your region
Exceed monthly individual and team quotas
Manage the existing team pipeline focusing your efforts around the complex and highly competitive opportunities
Further qualify and develop the business opportunities in your pipeline that have been generated by your team of Account Executives
Accurately forecast your monthly and quarterly business
Attend regional events and conferences
Effectively communicate and map Intronis' solutions to your prospects business objectives
Demonstrating our solutions via the web
Develop your Account Executive team
Qualified candidates for this position are/have:
Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work in fast paced team environment
Comfortable competing against multiple competitors
Education/Experience:
5 - 7+ years of quota carrying in software or technology sales
Sales methodology training
Bachelors degree required
Competent with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office
