Job Description
The Regional Sales Executive is the front-line field sales resource focused on creating revenue growth across all Precyse offerings which includes extending our presence of existing solutions and developing new business opportunities. The Regional Sales Executive will primarily be focused on closing larger defined value deals within new prospect accounts. This is a senior level sales resource within our client base and is expected to work with the Product specific Market Solution Advisors, Line of Business service personnel and other resources to increase our revenue share.Travel department to schedule and pay for all flights, hotel and car rentals. Take the hassle out of travel!
Responsibilities:
Expand existing account revenue for Precyse through add on and new solution sales within existing assigned clients.
Expand and develop C-Level prospecting engagement and solution positioning.
Support any named strategic account plans; planning and execution of sales initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing to implement client level programs to drive sales and to build client retention strategies across assigned client base
Participate on internal and external reviews and follow required sales operating mechanisms and actively participate in the Strategic Account planning process
Accurately manage sales process and forecasting
Ability to meet and present sales position to required senior level management
Manage Executive level VIP visits, develop proposals and demonstration involvement of PrecyseSupport Services.
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree required, preferably in Business and/or Health Information Management.
Minimum 5-7 years of work experience with demonstrated progressive growth in responsibilities, accountability and results.
Knowledge of healthcare business structures, executive management, and HIM operations with experience selling a mixed portfolio of hospital services and technologies to the C-Suite.
A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and expectations.
Expertise/background in a complex industry, IT and/or healthcare.
Experience successfully negotiating the terms of an agreement and be able to deliver contract execution.
Ability to translate client challenges and needs into Precyse service and solutions.
Interpret trends and data and translate the information into actions and improvements.
