Regional Sales Executive Midwest Territory Cypress Care
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Regional Sales Executive is charged with increasing revenue in their assigned geographic territory by retaining and expanding existing and new business relationships. In addition, this position provides superior customer service and timely/satisfactory issue resolution to all clients, with a main focus on key accounts.
Success will be measured by territory financial, operational and relationship outcomes against plan.
? Responsible for meeting and monitoring individual referral and revenue goals, as well as all other management objectives
? Participate in the execution of Key Account growth and expansion strategies
? Actively promote all Healthcare Solutions products and services in the local marketplace and document all relevant activities in salesforce.com on a weekly basis
? Maintain positive relationships and ongoing communication with each client and prospect to include making regular in person visits
? Obtain all information or materials necessary to complete quote or order
? Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of all client requests and issues
? Collaborate with Account Management team and other internal business partners to drive additional product opportunities resolving and preventing complex service issues
? Participate in industry conferences and join industry trade groups
? Manage travel and entertainment expenses within assigned budget.

? Bachelors degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
? 3+ years work history in workers compensation/auto claims, commercial insurance, pharmacy/specialty benefits management, risk management or healthcare
? Proven track record of success with 3-5 years experience in sales or account management.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
