Regional Sales Executive KXEN
Position Summary
KXEN has transformed the world of predictive analytics, particularly in managing the customer lifecycle, from acquisition through cross-sell, up-sell, retention and next best activity. KXEN is the market leader, with double-digit revenue growth, over 400 of the largest brands worldwide as customers and established leadership with industry analysts.
As a KXEN Sales Executive , you will be required to develop opportunities, demonstrate, advise on, promote and sell KXEN?s solutions. In addition to a degree from a prominent university, successful candidates will have either a significant sales record in the enterprise marketing or business intelligence software market, or will have spent a number of years in a customer-facing technical role, with a desire to move into sales.
The role of a Regional Sales Executive is to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets through prospecting for new customers and maintaining relationships with existing KXEN customers. Applicants must be motivated to reach targets, meet requirements and possess strong negotiating skills. High-level management of customer expectations and ability to adhere to tight deadlines is essential.
Candidate should have a strong understanding of data mining and statistical software and be able to discuss products and solutions and in relation to the needs of the targeted application(s) at all levels of an organization, while at the same time understanding the strengths and weaknesses of competitive products. Candidate must be able to demonstrate KXEN solutions and draft high quality proposals as a standard part of the sales process.
Candidate will be expected to maintain relevant data in KXEN?s sales automation tool by recording all significant sales activity for each account or opportunity. Weekly sales forecasts must also be maintained in an accurate and timely fashion.
Presales Engineers with knowledge of data mining wishing to transition to sales will be strongly considered for the position. Salary package is highly competitive, and dependant upon relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
Must have experience selling to marketing organizations of Fortune 500 accounts and marketing service providers
Have demonstrated ability to sell software solutions across multiple groups in an organization
Must have successfully sold to and maintained relationships with C-Level executives
BA or BS in Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent from a top university required
Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to support moderate travel requirements are essential
