Regional Sales Executive Quantum Secure
One position each for our Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, and South Central/Texas Regions.
Quantum Secure?s Regional Sales Executive (RSE) ? Mid-Altlantic region must meet sales and service production targets and broaden the Company?s geographic and physical security end-user and VAR partner traction. The successful RSE candidate will have a strong background in working with large Physical Security customers and VAR?s (regional/national) and will be responsible for a dedicated account effort to grow key end-user and VAR revenue and execute Quantum Secure?s sales strategies. Candidates must be proven self-starters with a high level of self-sufficiency and the ability to build successful relationships with decision-makers within a physical security VAR Channel as well as with end-user security Managers, Directors and above.
Achieve FY revenue objectives
Leverage the sales executive?s existing professional experience with physical security End Users and VAR?s to drive revenue growth
Execute and refine the VAR Account program and account strategy with partners in order to facilitate enterprise sales opportunities
Capitalize on existing leads generated through a variety of avenues including established partnerships by closing sales and expanding opportunities
Target, qualify, position and execute large-scale end-user sales opportunities, creating value to the VAR partner by bringing them into these opportunities
Strong background in managing a VAR channel in the physical security systems space including enterprise physical access control systems (PACS), PSIM, IP video, security networking
Strong background in working with Regional/National Physical Security VAR?s
Deep ?e? rolodex of senior management relationships in end-user base
Technical knowledge of B2B business software applications, PACS, VMS, Badging, Provisioning platforms, IDM, ERP, LDAP/AD, SSO, IT, Event Management and Logical Security
Consistent top 10% sales performer
Proven sales expertise in complex systems and solution selling
Aggressive hunter that is independent and inspired by results
Ability to listen/identify VAR/customer?s need and present solutions
Highly self-sufficient with strong interpersonal skills
BS/BA or equivalent industry experience
Must have 10+ years of experience in enterprise/solution selling (PACS, PSIM, Badging, Visitor Management, DVMS, similar)
Prefer experience with a complex technology solution requiring close coordination between VAR partners, sales, pre-sales support and professional services.
Prefer technical background in enterprise applications and software environments
Prefer prior experience building successful relationships with key physical security VAR?s, security end user executives, department managers/directors and technical validators
