Regional Sales Manager AirCell

Develop strategic relationships to service, recruit, support and sell to Aircell Business Aviation Services customers.
Develop and maintain in an assigned region:
- Key dealers.
- Key corporate aviation accounts.
- Third party product alliances.
Participate in all related sales and marketing activities.
Achieve stated sales goals.
Develop and implement an annual business plan for acquiring new customers in your territory.
Assist and communicate effectively with other Regional Sales Managers to foster a team environment and reach company sales goals.
Provide professional sales service to new and existing customers.
Attend industry and OEM trade shows.
Support and attend dealer open houses.
Recommend new products and/or service opportunities by surveying customer needs and trends.
Tracks competitors and provides industry intelligence
Comply with corporate policies.
Be an active influence within the General Aviation Community via presentations, speeches, teaching sessions, etc.
Perform related duties as required.
Education and Experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience (BS Aerospace preferred).
5+ years' experience in the aviation industry is a MUST.
Current pilot?s license is preferred.
Capacity to travel up to 60%.
Strong knowledge of the aviation dealer network.
Ability to mediate and negotiate, dynamic, motivated, persuasive and goal oriented.
Ability to represent Aircell Business Aviation Services effectively to the public; ability to write clear, concise proposals, reports and correspondence.
Experience managing a remote office within assigned territory.
Excellent communication skills.
