Tango Health seeks an experienced professional to drive revenue development for its rapidly growing business. The Regional Sales Manager will drive partnerships and sales in the benefit broker/consultant sector. He/she will be a key part of the management team, developing sales strategy and execution while collaborating with implementation and product development functions. He/she will also be the leader responsible for delivering on revenue targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Accelerate growth of revenue through broker/consultant partner recruitment and co-selling
? Create and execute revenue growth and partner development and expansion strategies
? Develop influential relationships with multiple constituencies in partner and client organizations
? Drive consultative needs discovery with partners? executives, producers and account managers to maximize demand and value
? Train, enable and motivate partner teams to drive lead generation
? Leverage health care industry contacts to widen distribution for Tango Health?s offering
? Contribute to the development and execution of pragmatic marketing initiatives
? Effectively collaborate with service and development groups to maximize partner and customer value
QUALIFICATIONS:
? 10+ year track record of quota over-achievement in HR, finance or benefits-related product sales through brokers and consultants
? Demonstrated reputation and contacts among key benefit brokers and consultants in regional market
? Success in developing both partner strategy (targeting, articulation of benefits) and tactics (sequencing, lifecycle management) and ability to work effectively within broker organizations
? Experience managing complex partnership sales and roll-out cycles
? Ability to meet new people and form trusted relationships quickly
? Persistence and effectiveness in managing pipeline and closing deals
? Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and organizational skills
? Business maturity and acumen including strong interpersonal skills
? Comfort and ability to excel in a high-activity and high-uncertainty environment
? A high degree of initiative, intelligence, contagious enthusiasm and passion
? Ability to travel 30% of the time
