Due to the success we have experienced nationally and in Europe, we are in search of a Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This established individual should have consultative knowledge of the industry and proven track record of success. The person will be a proactive and organized individual which will sell against targeted goals through assigned territory and accounts. The Regional Sales Manager will need to deliver unparalleled value to our clients through overseeing a client through the cycle of integrated operational processes and technology aimed at each client?s data collection needs.
? Provide added value through increased sales and margin growth for the company.
? Successful track record with solution/service selling.
? Demonstrate the ability to help client problem solve and assist in MR questions and objectives.
? Ability to drive activity and pipeline based on a specified territory to meet sales objective.
? Effectively track sales cycle and territory information (e.g. contacts, follow-ups, leads, tests, closes, etc.).
? Self-motivated individual who enjoys selling advantaged products and services.
? Ability to work through operational processes to ensure a streamlined communication.
? Effectively identify the needs and type of sale needed for each account.
? Maximizing the adoption and utilization of new products to clients.
? A desire to work for an entrepreneurial oriented company; a willingness to take initiative and action with limited direction.
?5+ years sales experience with demonstrated success in growing and managing accounts.
?5+ years industry (market research or related information services) experience.
?BA or BS degree, Masters preferred.
?Willingness to travel.
