We are currently looking for a proven sales professional that has the skills and experience to sell our highly successful products direct to clients.
We are in search of an experienced sales professional based in NJ/NY/PA whose main focus is to uncover, cultivate, and close new account business. This individual must have solid experience in selling software with the communication skills necessary to working effectively with enterprises of all sizes.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Proven experience selling software applications ranging from $100K to $500
Experience selling software solutions to Support departments
Actively make outbound calls to potential customers concerning new products to continue to build pipeline and opportunities
Experience selling to the VP and CIO level within organizations
Proven ability to guide clients through an effective sales process, which includes qualification, demonstration, technical conversations, proposal submitting, and final negotiation
Demonstrate good ability to discuss both product features and benefits and be able to tie the solution to overall business benefits
Experience in using sales force automation tool to manage activity, capture contact info, and track opportunity lifecycle
Close sales, meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Proven desire to understand the business, product capabilities and, on an ongoing basis, grow your understanding of customer?s compelling event and critical success factors, and create a sales campaign appropriate to this knowledge (i.e., Solution Selling)
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity, forecast reports, and present key account opportunity plans
BA/BS degree or equivalent
Minimum five years of sales success in selling CRM, customer service and/or IT Help Desk solutions
Experience selling SaaS offerings is a plus
Ability to identify customer needs and effectively move the sales process along over the phone and in person
Proficient use of MS Office and sales automation tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
