Regional Sales Manager - Lab Outreach Liaison Technologies

As a Liaison regional sales manager, your priority is to understand your lab and practice clients? needs and match Liaison solutions to those needs; providing better patient care and more efficient operations in the lab and in the practice. You will establish partnerships with labs, hospitals and radiology vendors under the scope of the Liaison Lab Partner Program. You will have an agreed upon revenue target for your territory.
You?ll be part of a team with a focused mission to:
Enhance hospital and lab partner?s outreach services to the practices they serve through exceptional integration to the practice, whether those practices are using an EMR or not
Enhance the physician?s ability to provide patient care through great ordering and resulting capabilities, and integration to their lab and hospital services.
Plan, prioritize and develop sales activities to obtain new business and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims.
Conduct oneself in an ethical and relevant way to optimize business growth, quality of service, and customer satisfaction.
Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Attend and present at conferences to aid corporate business development.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
8-10+ years of business development or sales experience with Lab outreach software products; prefer some experience in customer-facing roles such as pre-sales support, consulting, etc.
Executive level verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills.
Proven success in growing a sales territory.
Must be a fast learner with ability to quickly become technically proficient with Liaison Healthcare products
Well-grounded in computer, network, and internet technologies
BA, BS or equivalent
Ability to work from home; you must be extremely disciplined and able to work well remotely.
