Regional Sales Manager - North East Reigon Gale Technologies

Gale Technologies flagship product, GaleForce, delivers software that enables businesses to create dynamic physical & virtual infrastructure with fine-grained scheduling and provisioning of resource for many people, many templates, by leveraging existing IT resources.

The North East Regional Sales Manager (candidate should reside NY/NJ/PA/DE) is the primary contact for the Gale Technologies (Gale) customers and prospective customers. As such, this individual will target new business opportunities to the Fortune 2000 Enterprises, MSP/SP, and Technology vendors, while maintaining add-on growth with our existing 70+ customers.
The position entails aggressive prospecting, identifying qualified opportunities, negotiating, and closing sales opportunities.

Essential Job Functions

Devise and execute on quarterly and annual sales plans to meet Gales revenue goals
Manage sales processes including customer presentations, sales opportunity management, sales forecast and pre/post sales support
Manage sales engineering support and sales channels found in Region
Develop sales throughout geographic territory some travel required
Manage corporate resources, provide constant and accurate feedback to market development and sales opportunities

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

7+ years of enterprise sales management and direct sales experience required
(Preferably selling Infrastructure and automation software)
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit with excellent time management skills
Strategic account management experience in addition to new business development experience
Software solution and consultative selling skills
Ability to work collaboratively with across functional organizations
Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business needs
Solid written, verbal and presentation skills
Strong active listening skills
