Regional Sales Manager Application Security
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The successful candidate will develop and manage customer relationships that lead to the sale of AppSecInc Products and quota attainment. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) has responsibility for all business in the territory, both direct and through authorized channel partners. The RSM will work with Inside Sales, Lead Development personnel, System Engineers, Product line specialist and other company resources to achieve success.
The Focus of the RSM is to secure new business defined as new customers or add-on business in the installed base. The RSM has ultimate responsibility and accountability for the success of the territory. The RSM will also assist their inside sales counterpart to secure new business and will also assist the Inside Sales person to insure the successful renewal of existing subscription licenses and maintenance renewals.
The Successful candidate will have:
Relevant Experience ? 10+ years of successful sales of enterprise software solutions to C-level executives as well as director and technical levels in the database, GRC and/or security field. Experience selling both direct and indirect with a strong rolodex of existing relationships with c-level executives of all F1000 and Global 500 accounts in the territory and a blended background of both large company early stage company experience.
Track Record of Success ? The candidate must have a solid track record of enterprise software sales and consistent quota attainment.
Technically Capable ? Must be capable of learning the AppSecInc product line at a sufficiently technical level and proficiency to articulate the core value proposition, key differentiators and solution fit within the Database Security Risk and Compliance framework and requirements of complex enterprise customer environments.
