The Regional Sales Manager for the Mid West Region is responsible for identifying and engaging decision makers to successfully position Andera?s suite of products. The RSM will be accountable for developing new clients, capturing market share, driving revenue, and providing thought leadership to Andera?s prospective and existing clients. The successful candidate will have a background selling to FI?s as well as extensive consultative sales expertise.
About the Responsibilities
Build pipeline of viable prospects in order to regularly meet or exceed established quotas.
Keep up to date on market trends and new products.
Sell services to key Direct targets and reach revenue quotas.
Track personal and report sales statistics and report on status of pending contracts from personal targets
Work with VP of Marketing and Manager of Sales to identify sales lead sources, vet viable opportunities.
Provide detailed reporting on monthly revenue accounting, forecast and activity for personal targets and cover successes.
Participate in and lead technology demos.
Contribute to a positive sales and service team culture.
About You
Experience successfully participating in a consultative sales process.
Exceptional communication skills, presentation, negotiation and management skills, strong business acumen, work ethic, positive attitude and professional demeanor required.
Advanced networking and relationships in the industry.
Must have experience and significant exposure to loan products
Experience selling to financial institutions
Ability to comprehend and articulate technical information to develop sales opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as be part of a highly successful team.
Self-starter, with a proven track record developing business and meeting sales quotas.
Superior communication and follow up skills.
