Washingtons 2th fastest growing company and a member of The Inc. 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States, is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will sell our CertCapture software as an enterprise solution to large businesses, as well as work collaboratively with our internal and external partners to aid in the sales to their customers. As a SAAS based solution, your quota will have several components, including deal volume, total dollars sold and the attachment rate.
The Regional Sales Manager will be part of a team responsible for growing Avalaras revenue for integrations to ERP, E-Commerce, M-Commerce and POS platforms. The responsibilities include but are not limited to;
Achieving sales quotas
Negotiating and closing end customer or partner deals
Educating partners and their customers on value of CertCapture AND Avalaras end-to-end sales tax solutions
Hosting demos and partner webinars
Executing campaigns to drive lead generation for new ERP opportunities and
Playing a leadership role in the strategic direction for Avalara's ERP business line
Experience and Skills:
Proven track record with solution-based selling. Ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas: technical software or services sales, cloud computing, state or local tax consultants, selling into accounting firms, ERP, or eCommerce systems at the enterprise level.
6+ years of experience selling to end customers and/or managing channel partners. Existing relationships with E-Commerce or Web Design/Development companies a big plus.
Capable of building and sustaining strong partner relationships.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, team player with a strong work ethic.
