Responsible for selling to large and mid-sized accounts and growing revenue across a geographic territory.
Engage and convince C-Level and VP stakeholders on the need to deploy advanced talent management solutions throughout their company.
Present such solutions in a benefit-oriented, problem-solving manner.
Manage complex sales cycles from needs assessment, through solution demonstration, contract negotiations and close.
Collaborate with HRsmart Channel Partners to conduct joint sales and marketing efforts.
Minimum of five years experience selling enterprise software solutions to large accounts across a variety of industries.
Experience in selling human resource software a definite plus.
Formal training in sales methodologies, such as Strategic Selling.
Ability to accurately forecast and close pipeline opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft CRM, WebEx, NetMeeting and other sales presentation tools.
Ability to travel as required for client meetings and marketing events.
