As a Product Sales Specialist on the Cloud Networking team, you will be responsible for driving Cisco Meraki revenue through aggressive prospecting, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with account teams and partners to take deals through close. This is a high-energy position requiring an individual to be extremely motivated and results-driven with a hunter mentality; it will also require someone who is equally comfortable working in a strategic and tactical capacity.
Deliver on sales quotas by increasing Cisco Meraki footprint in the assigned region through aggressive prospecting, identifying, negotiating and closing opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers in the industry.
Work in a highly collaborative environment to partner Cisco Account Managers, Inside Sales Representatives, Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Channel Partners to maximize sales efforts and success rate.
Proven sales record
Experience with direct touch indirect sales through channel a plus.
5+ years technology sales experience with at least 3 years demonstrated success in a field sales capacity.
Great relationship building skills and proven decision making ability.
Critical thinking, tenacity, resilience, inter-personal/presentation, and executive level selling skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Travel requirement: up to 75% within your assigned region.
