Regional Sales Manager - Southwest US RedSeal Systems

RedSeal has an immediate opening for a regional sales manager in the Southwest US region. Candidates must have a successful track record selling high end, enterprise security products and must have experience in both farmer and hunter roles.
Requirements:

Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, selling enterprise security products to Fortune 1000 accounts
Track record of consistent overachievement
Demonstrated ability to both hunt and farm
Basic proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM
Ability to listen to clients and relay their needs internally to effectively craft solutions
Ability to work independently with little oversight
High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, and highly self-motivated
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
