Conducts the direct sale of products/services in a given geographical area or product segment. This position is responsible
for practicing Quality System procedures and complying with its requirements, and carrying out responsibilities as
outlined in safety, health and environmental policies.

- D 50 Conducts sales calls to prospective or existing customers, provides technical
specifications, arranges product demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer
- D 15 Implements sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives set by management
through utilization of all available resources.
- D 10 Maintains knowledge of company products and competitive offerings.
- D 5 Post-sales administrative duties.
Utilize ONCONTACT selling process, complete required account information and
utilize the tool
- AS 5 Conduct Site Visits, System Demo?s to drive sales, Speaker Programs as needed
AS 5 Selling to all contact points in sales process
AS 5 Develop and maintain key reference center(s) to gain new accounts.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS: List minimum level required to perform the job competently:
? Bachelors degree /BS degree required
? Minimum three years experience in sales or marketing supporting medical device industry.
? Clinical background or practical utilization of clinical skills beneficial.
? Sales of capital equipment and practical experience with a hospital capital equipment budget committee(s) a plus.
? Familiarity with C-Suite (CEO, CFO, CMO, CNO) and/or ability to make those calls will be required.
? Interpersonal: Value diversity, develop relationships.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Physical requirements for a position will vary. These must be reviewed with the supervisor
and should be attached here.
? Lifting, pushing and pulling product up to 65 lbs several times daily.
? Requires clarity of vision at 20 inches or less (near vision) and ability to identify/distinguish colors.
? Requires fingering, repetitive motion, talking and hearing.
? Significant work pace & pressure due to deadlines.
? Must have a valid driver?s license.
? Travel 50% minimum
CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS: (Applicable to Health Care Industry Representatives only)
Able to comply with customer credentialing requirements in order to gain and maintain access to assigned facilities.
Requirements are defined by each customer and typically include health vaccinations, training documentation, drug
screens, criminal and personal background checks and information regarding health program sanctions (such as those
regulated by the Office of Inspector, the General Service Administration and the Food and Drug Administration).
DECISION MAKING: Limited to using rational approaches to consider and choose from alternative courses of action.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS: List significant internal and/or external contacts and purpose of contact.
