Regional Sales Manager Telovations
Overview
Telovations is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to help us grow throughout the Southeastern United States. Our company delivers enterprise Voice Services through a ?Software as a Service? platform in a secure, fully managed environment.
The position is an outstanding opportunity for a proven sales leader with exceptional sales skills.
KEY SHORT TERM GOALS:
Rallying, our North Carolina sales team to deliver the sales performance required
Personally generate new revenue
Bringing a excitement and accountability to the sales team
Establishing clear vision on how to exceed goals
Work with our marketing department to ensure that lead generation volume exceeds goals
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership to the sales team
Drive accountability for new revenue delivery
Accurately forecast new sales
Provide leadership as to how to allocate marketing investments to generate quality leads
Create and execute a regional sales plan
Operating effectively across functions to resolve obstacles, elevate priorities and improve the customer experience
Exceed a personal quota as well as a team quota
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Ideal Experience:
Track record of success in leading and executing complex selling models
Background in a technology solutions provider, selling to medium to large sized enterprises
Demonstrated record of accomplishment in having a positive impact on an organization and in having driven improved financial performance
Previous exposure to an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment
Results/metric-oriented, strong decision maker with ability to prioritize complex organizational objectives and meet aggressive timelines
Knowledge of how to create a consistent pipeline through lead generation activities
Energy ? lots of it
Comfortable with ambiguity and change
Combine realism, honesty and pragmatism with a desire to know the details
Able to balance decisiveness with a participative and analytical approach
Bring a sense of urgency, energy and drive
Willingness to travel or work on weekends ? whatever it takes.
